CANCELLATION POLICY

100% refund and cancellation is applicable before the dispatch of the product

Please note post the product dispatch - no refund policy is applicable.

Products claiming refund must be returned in the same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back.

Customers can return their order within 7-10 days of the order delivery. All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact Refund of shipping. Should write the Order id, Registered Mobile number and Email details on a paper and should be packed.

In case of a prepaid order, the refund will be done into card/bank account used for the transaction. This will take up to 5-7 days.

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR COURIER CHARGES REFUND?

If you return an item because you no longer need it, the seller will refund only the item cost. However, Shayona can arrange to pick up the order.

HOW LONG THE REFUND PROCEDURE TAKES?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Wallet as store credits.

COMPLAINTS:

If the quality is found to be different than description, then the product will be replaced immediately. Charges on the return of freight will be borne by us and new will be sent at our cost too.

In case the goods are damaged in transit requesting you to kindly not accept the goods. In case of urgency, please mention same on the courier slip/transporter LR before accepting the same.

Please intimate the quantity of damaged product with proof by attaching pictures by email. We will refund your money/credit your account /replace the defective goods.

In case the shipment has been dispatched, then the refund would be given. But Customers will be responsible for shipping charges against cancelled orders.

In case of manufacturing defect, goods will be replaced/refunded as per need.
